The Art of Self-Critique

with Terri Yacovelli

March 16, 1 pm to 3 pm

$75

As artists we often work in the solitary environment of our studio.  Learning to evaluate our own work helps us to discover ways it can be improved, as well as consider how the work may be interpreted by the viewer.

In this workshop we will learn techniques to self critique works in progress as well as participate in small group critiques.  Participants will leave with ideas and resources to assist them with the critique process.

Note: This workshop would be especially helpful to new artists, artists returning to their studio practice or those who need a refresher about the critique process.

Things to bring: participants should bring a notebook and two artworks they would like to discuss
